Simply email or mail us your photo with the painting size you desire. We will be happy to provide
you with a free estimate. Upon your approval a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit
covers incurred fees, shipping cost etc. Photos may be altered, background retouched, or blemishes
removed. The Paintings are available in sizes, 11x14, 12x16, 16x20, 20x24, 24x36, 36x48 or larger.
The price depends upon the size of the painting as well as the number of people, or content within the
painting.
Our Paintings are completed within 4 to 6 weeks. Before shipping, a photo of the finished Painting is
emailed for approval. At this point minor changes may be made at no additional expense. Once we
receive your approval, final payment is due and the painting will be shipped. These steps eliminate
any concerns, ensuring 100% satisfaction with your beautiful Heirloom Painting. In order to keep
shipping damage and costs down, your painting is rolled, and sent in a tube via UPS collect. The UPS
tracking number is provided.
Payment by Paypal, or Credit Card by telephone guarantees a protected transaction.
International
orders are welcome. Original Hand Made Paintings enjoy a Duty Free status in many countries
including the United States and Canada. This allows for simplified International Shipping.
